40% Roadbike, Cyclecross, Mountainbike
30% Running
30% Swimming

Winter:
20-25 Hours per week:
30% Roadbike, Trackbike, Mountainbike, Cyclecross, Indoor Cycling
20% Running
20% Cross Country Skiing
5% Workout / Gymnastics
25% Swimming

It comes to 1100 training hour per year
